About Cruisin’ for a Cure

Cruisin’ for a Cure was started in 2000 by Debbie Baker whose husband was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Cruisin’ for a Cure is the world’s largest one-day charity car show with over 3,500 vehicles on display and over 200 vendors and exhibitors. They get to cruise through the OC Fair & Event Center for 1.5 miles and/or park and just display their vehicles.

Cruisin’ for a Cure is a registered non-profit California organization. The logistics, marketing, and organization of the show is all handled by volunteers dedicated to our cause of saving our men from prostate cancer. Unlike many other automotive fundraising events, none of the proceeds goes to a car club, promoter, or to administrative overhead.

Be assured that your participation in the event and any donations go directly to prostate cancer research to find a cure!

Our Volunteers!!!

We know that it is impossible to thank each and every one of our volunteers face-to-face, but without you, this would not be what it has become. IT IS BECAUSE EVERY ONE OF THE VOLUNTEERS brings a value to our team that no one else could. For this we are thankful and extremely appreciative for your time, devotion to our cause, and for your big smile and big hearts greeting everyone and making everyone feel welcome and a part of this wonderful event to save our men. Helping to raise money for the KSK Cancer Center of Irvine, CA for their prostate cancer research program with your donated time is incredible!
